Common Questions
Good to Know Before You Book.
How many teachers can attend a session?
Up to 100 participants per session, with interchangeable seats — so if a teacher can't make it, another can take their spot. Larger groups can be split into concurrent sessions.
How is a Prep Academy priced?
Pricing is per session and depends on the number of sessions, session length, the content areas covered, and participant count. Shared academies split the content-build cost. Book a call and we'll put together a quote for your exact lineup.
How far in advance should we plan?
Sessions are customized to each partnership and require time-based planning and preparation to deliver well. We require that approval and agreements are finalized at least 30 days before delivery to allow for planning, customization, and scheduling. Most partners plan academies around staff development days or a testing deadline.
Can we combine a Prep Academy with our other 240 programs?
Yes. Prep Academies pair naturally with 240 Tutoring study guide access, Workshops in a Box professional development, and the 240 Certification alternative certification program.
Which states and exams do you support?
Our deepest experience is with Texas TExES titles, and we build Praxis-based academies for other states. If it's a teacher certification exam, ask — content is developed to the specific titles your teachers need.
