Cory Hafer is a science and engineering educator, an instructional coach, and the 2024 Delaware State Teacher of the Year.
Across his work with students and teachers, he is passionate about building student-centered, mastery-based systems that make learning clearer and help every student recognize their capacity to grow. A doctoral candidate in teacher leadership, Cory draws on classroom experience, instructional coaching, and research to support meaningful, lasting change in schools.
